Founded in December 1980 by Walter J. Vestal, Vestal Steel Specialties, Inc. is a Texas Corporation that does structural and custom steel fabrication; custom shearing; and forming. We work with hot and cold rolled structural members, plate, sheet, aluminum, stainless and galvanized metal.
Building Relationships
Vestal Steel serves over 250 customers, large and small. Our experience and expertise spans the spectrum of projects for contractors, municipalities, utilities, individuals, and everything in between. We have fabricated entire buildings, handrails, guardrails, monument signs, etc. as well as countless custom projects.

While the majority of our work is within a one-hundred-mile radius, we have shipped jobs all over Texas, the United States and overseas.

Our Team
Kevin Vestal
President / Operations Manager
Kevin is a 1999 Texas A&M Graduate with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He has been with Vestal Steel since 2011. As Operations Manager, he is involved in every step of the fabrication process and supports estimating, quality control, and customer service. He also oversees inventory control, shipping, and shop safety.

Shop Supervisor
Tony has been with Vestal Steel since 1983. Beginning as a structural fabricator, he now supervises production progress from start to finish. In addition to managing an average of 20 employees, Tony also handles in-house detailing.
